It's a Boy

Finally, we will be having a boy to end our family. The only question left is can he swing a golf club?? Early March we are expecting.

Hope everybody is having a tremendous learning experience, and keeping up on the OMM skills. There will be an exam at the end of residency. I will not be using CV4 from now on.

I am soooooo happy with anesthesia. Could not think of another thing in medicine I want to do. How about you? Some of the attendings are retarded, anal, and abrasive. But most are OK and I can deal with anything for another 30 months!!

i'm in the hospital later than i want to be a lot of times but with only 2-3 days of call per month and 2-3 full weekends off a month i can't complain. my favorite thing is at the end of the day when the surgery team now has to go finish rounding on their pt's and i just get to leave. i can't believe any of your surgery guys didn't switch to anesthesia yet.

Congrats Dave. Boys are a lot of fun, if you ask me. Just don't ask Austin. Or Jason.

I can honestly say that the anesthesia guys are very happy at my hospital. They've been kind of bummed this week with the stock market being down. Is CNBC the official channel of anesthesia or something? it always on in the surgical lounge.

Dave--congrats. I'm sure he'll look smashing in the pink bows and dresses his sister's will put on him.
